This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in furniture processing and assembly within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Laborer Responsibilities:

Process furniture components by sanding, filing, edge banding and other preparation tasks
Operate hand and air tools to complete various job functions accurately and efficiently
Lift and move furniture parts weighing 50+ lbs regularly
Maintain attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met throughout production
Work on your feet for extended periods, typically 8+ hours per shift
Assemble cabinets using power and hand tools, trim and sand parts, install hardware, and fit prefabricated components together as needed Requirements for

Laborer:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis
Good communication skills
Ability to work standing for 8 or more hours
Above-average attention to detail
