Shift Batch Mixer Schedule:
2:30pm to 1am
Pay:
$18-$20 based on shift Are you passionate about playing a pivotal role in the manufacturing process? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Blender Operator to join our dynamic team. In this essential position, you will oversee blending operations, ensuring that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Your expertise will directly contribute to meeting daily goals while maintaining a clean and organized workspace, supporting our commitment to quality and safety.
Required Skills:
Proven experience operating blending or mixing equipment in a manufacturing or production environment Strong understanding of blending techniques and process control Ability to read and interpret production schedules and blend instructions Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance practices Basic troubleshooting skills and proactive problem-solving abilities Knowledge of safety standards and proper equipment handling procedures Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience working with specific industry-related chemicals or ingredients Familiarity with computerized control systems and automation tools Ability to train or mentor new team members Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or other industry certifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications related to manufacturing preferred At least 1-2 years of experience in a blending or similar role in a manufacturing setting
