We are looking for an experienced Bindery and Finishing Operator who takes pride in producing high-quality work, understands the importance of accuracy, and enjoys working with modern production equipment in a collaborative environment. What You'll Do As a Bindery and Finishing Operator, you will operate and maintain cutting, folding, saddle-stitching, MBO folding and gluing, cylinder die-cutting, plow-folding, and near-line web-roll finishing equipment. You will help ensure every job is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the quality standards expected by Sepire and our clients. Key Responsibilities Operate, set up, monitor, and maintain cutting, folding, saddle-stitching, MBO folding and gluing lines, cylinder die cutters, plow folders, and near-line web-roll finishing equipment. Handle both cut-sheet and roll-fed paper stocks safely and efficiently. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot bindery and finishing equipment issues to support uptime and productivity. Collaborate with Prepress, Print, Mail, Client Services, and Operations on imposition requirements, workflows, scheduling, and job completion. Follow job tickets, written work instructions, operating procedures, and quality standards. Perform production quality checks, sampling, and verification steps to ensure consistent output. Complete record and sequence verification for variable-data and compliance-driven jobs. Safely operate material-handling equipment to move paper, finished goods, and production materials in and out of the department. Cross-train on other post-print production equipment and support other departments when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work overtime as business needs require. Perform all duties in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, including
