Direct Deposit Programs Production Machine Operator Pay & Schedule:

Morning Shift:

7:00 AM-7:00 PM — $18.50/hour

Night:

7:00 PM-7:00 AM — $21.50/hour 12-hour rotational schedule Week 1 working days : Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday Week 2 working days : Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday The schedule then repeats.

Job Responsibilities:

Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Operate production equipment within specified limits. Monitor raw materials, products, and equipment for defects or deviations. Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance. Maintain production records and monitor product quality. Keep the work area clean throughout the shift. Participate in scheduled site-safety audits. Support a positive and constructive team environment. Follow the Quality Policy to ensure products and services meet customer expectations. Must be willing to train and become certified on the forklift.

Requirements:

English required. Interview required. Candidates will be tested on their ability to use micrometers . Must be willing to work a 12-hour rotational schedule.
