Machine Operator - Food Manufacturing Manteno, IL | $18.00-$22.00/hr | Full-Time | 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring Machine Operators for a food manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL. This is a great opportunity for dependable workers looking for weekly pay and full-time employment .

Multiple Shifts What You'll Do:

Operate specialized food manufacturing equipment, including Texwrap, CASAN, Wexxar, ADCO, and Quantum systems Conduct operator checks and perform minor maintenance to prevent equipment issues Troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently to minimize downtime Perform quality control checks (seal integrity, code dates, product specifications) Adjust machine settings to maintain high product quality Accurately record production data, batch timings, and machine settings Complete required documentation for quality assurance and production tracking Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production line efficiency

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in food manufacturing preferred Ability to operate complex machinery safely and efficiently Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality Reliable and able to work independently or in a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
