Set up, run, and maintain Greenlee screw machines to produce high‑quality components efficiently. Primary Responsibilities Configure Greenlee screw machines to job specifications, including tooling, feeds, and speeds. Oversee production cycles, verify part quality, and adjust processes for optimal throughput. Conduct routine maintenance; diagnose and resolve basic mechanical or process issues. Perform in‑process and final inspection to ensure conformance to prints and standards. Sustain 5S practices to maintain a clean, organized work area. Partner with teammates to refine setups and improve yields and cycle times. Record production data, measurements, and incidents; communicate concerns to supervision. Qualifications High school diploma/GED required; technical machining training preferred. Demonstrated experience operating screw machines—Greenlee background strongly preferred. Knowledge of machining fundamentals and blueprint reading. Proficiency with shop math and precision measurement. Detail‑oriented, analytical, and safety‑minded. Works well independently and within a collaborative team. Available for flexible hours and overtime as needed. Technical Strengths Troubleshooting of machine and process deviations. Precision measurement and hand metrology (micrometers, calipers, gauges). Efficient machine setups for production runs and changeovers.
