• Montgomery, IL PROMAN Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Montgomery, IL.

Job Summary The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment used in the manufacturing and packaging of soap and deodorant products. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate production and packaging machinery safely and efficiently Monitor equipment performance and product quality throughout production runs Follow all safety procedures and standard operating guidelines Complete production documentation and quality checks Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance concerns Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with line changeovers and production setup as needed Requirements Recent machine operating experience required Manufacturing experience preferred English required Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Steel toe shoes required Available Shifts 2nd Shift 3rd Shift Pay Starting at $22+/hour (based on experience) Why Work With PROMAN Staffing?
