What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you'll receive hands-on training and work with a variety of production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

+ Operating and monitoring production machinery + Loading and unloading materials and finished products + Performing quality inspections and basic measurements + Reviewing work orders and production schedules + Entering production data into computer systems + Assisting with machine setups, changeovers, and troubleshooting + Safely operating material handling equipment, including forklifts (training available) + Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace + Working with team members to meet production and quality goals What We're Looking For + Strong attendance and reliability + Willingness to learn and develop new skills + Ability to work in a manufacturing environment + Comfortable standing, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift + Basic computer and data entry skills + Attention to detail and commitment to quality + Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Why Join Our Team? ?
