Responsibilities + Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment following training and established procedures. + Load and unload materials, components, and finished products as needed. + Support various manufacturing departments based on production needs. + Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met. + Perform basic measurements and quality checks. + Enter production and inventory data accurately into computer systems. + Review work orders, production schedules, and part information. + Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (training provided if required). + Assist with machine changeovers, setup activities, and basic troubleshooting. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. + Meet established production, quality, and safety goals. + Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support daily production objectives.
