This role is essential to keeping production running smoothly and supporting the movement of goods throughout the facility. Are you looking to make a career change to a stable company? If this aligns with your future career goals, this could be the right fit. Key Responsibilities Machine Operation — Run production machines safely and efficiently to support manufacturing needs. Material Handling — Move, load, and unload materials using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified). Receiving & Shipping — Assist with receiving materials, staging products, and preparing shipments. Safety Compliance — Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and equipment guidelines. Workplace Organization — Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free workspace. Production Support — Provide general support to manufacturing staff as needed. Desired Qualifications Experience in production leadership within a manufacturing environment. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred. Ability to operate basic production or warehouse equipment. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and adjust schedules as needed. Proven ability to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
