Temp-to-Hire Machine Operator Training Position Duties:

Train on setting up, operating, monitoring, and performing basic troubleshooting on production and packaging equipment. Monitor equipment and assist with upstream and downstream operations to keep the production line running efficiently. Follow production schedules, quality control, food safety, sanitation, allergen control, and changeover procedures. Clean and maintain machines and work areas before, during, and after production runs. Follow all safety, GMP, HACCP, and SQF procedures and immediately report food safety or quality concerns to a supervisor.

1st

Shift:

7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Day Shift:

8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 2nd

Shift:

2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Training Schedule:

Monday through Friday Flexibility to work weekends and holidays may be required based on production needs.

Pay :

$17.50-$18.00 per hour

Machine Operator Training Position Requirements :

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar work environment. Ability and willingness to learn machine operation, setup, and basic troubleshooting. Ability to stand for the entire shift and climb steps or ladders as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors and follow work instructions.
