BEST is a family owned and operated PCB rework/repair/assembly business as well as a World Class IPC solder training center located in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago looking for an experienced Soldering Technician. Responsibilities :
(Training Provided - Experience required) Use of hand tools, microscope Accurate and prompt record keeping Hand soldering experience in a manufacturing environment Adhere to quality procedures to maintain compliance Maintain a clean and ESD safe work area. Work towards meeting production schedules in operations Attend technical internal training sessions, where appropriate Communicate effectively Work under limited supervision Attention to detail Adapt to multiple/changing priorities
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent U.S. Citizen or valid work authorization is required Experience in SMT Assembly preferred Hand soldering experience Experience with
IP-A-610
standards Hand/eye coordination (assembling small parts) Proficiency with basic PC-based equipment Experience with the following is a plus (although not required)
Pick-and-Place Machine Hot Air & Infrared Reflow Rework AOI Inspection Visual Inspection Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
