Job Description

As a Caregiver at Platinum Care Group, you will provide non-medical, in-home support services to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This vital role involves assisting with daily living activities, companionship, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Join our talent team or view our open positions on our website at We are currently looking to hire experienced staff in the Arlington Heights & Rolling Meadows area. We are looking for caregivers that are looking for both short 4 hour and long 12 hour shifts (Day and Overnight).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands. Assist with mobility, including transfers and walking assistance. Monitor and report changes in clients' health, behavior, or needs to the care coordinator or supervisor. Follow individualized care plans to ensure client needs are met. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. Build positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families.
Qualifications:
A genuine passion for helping others and providing compassionate care. Previous caregiving experience and a motivation to learn (we provide training). Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and their families. Reliable, patient, and attentive to client needs. Ability to pass a background check.
