Filler Operator Job Description The Filler Operator sets up, operates, and adjusts filling equipment on a fast-paced food production line to ensure products are filled, labeled, and packaged accurately and safely. This role monitors production quality, performs routine equipment checks and minor troubleshooting, and supports efficient, continuous operation while strictly following food safety and workplace safety procedures. Responsibilities

+ Operate, monitor, and adjust filling equipment to maintain proper fill levels and consistent product quality.

+ Oversee production lines to ensure products meet established specifications and standards.

+ Perform routine machine inspections and basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve minor equipment issues.

+ Verify labels, lot codes, and packaging specifications to ensure accurate and compliant packaging.

+ Clear minor jams and assist with line changeovers to support continuous production flow.

+ Conduct hourly quality checks, record results accurately, and report any deviations promptly.

+ Maintain production efficiency by minimizing downtime and coordinating with team members as needed.

+ Communicate equipment issues clearly and promptly to maintenance personnel and supervisors.

+ Follow Good Manufacturing Practices ( GMP ), food safety protocols, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
