Saw Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various cutting machinery to produce precise components and assemblies. Your expertise will ensure that all materials are cut accurately, efficiently, and safely, contributing to the overall quality and productivity of our manufacturing process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and be a vital part of a dynamic production environment. Duties Fulfill daily production requirements assigned by work orders or the production manager. Load material into the saw material loading area. Enter correct measurements into band saw or manual measure material to be cut. Unload and stack finished cut material on pallets. Place finished pallets in designated areas. Fulfill daily production requirements assigned by production supervisor. Performs work in accordance with established safety procedures. Perform measured and visual checks on processed materials, aluminum, plastic, or steel. Required to restock materials and load saws using a forklift., hand truck or pallet jack. Maintain activity logs and or production orders. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Operation of band saws, table saws, circular saws and basic maintenance. Must be able to read a tape measure. Must have basic computer skills. Blueprint experience is a plus. Must be able to stand for extend periods of time. Forklift experience. Adapt to hot/cold environment, humidity, dust, and noise.
