Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Cherry Picker Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating cherry pickers and other material handling equipment to efficiently pick, load, and unload products within a busy warehouse environment. Your expertise will ensure accurate order fulfillment, optimal inventory management, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse operation skills, experience with various forklifts, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workspace. Responsibilities Operate cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety protocols and operational guidelines. Pick orders accurately using barcode scanning systems and manual methods to ensure correct product selection. Load and unload shipments efficiently, verifying quantities against shipping documents. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper materials handling and regular stock counts. Support shipping and receiving processes by organizing products for dispatch or storage. Follow OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Move tires between bins and storage locations using scanners. Locate optimal storage space for products. Maintain proper tire labeling and storage locations. Photograph tires and upload photos into the company system. Match physical tire quantities with system folders. Place tires in designated bins. Pick singles, doubles, transfers, UTG, and dealer orders. Process and sort orders. Stack tires on designated bins. Clean chalk markings from tires. Operate the polypropylene strapping machine. Load tires onto FedEx trailers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and assigned work area. Qualifications Proven experience operating cherry pickers. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and order picking procedures. Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and measurements. Strong understanding of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, heavy equipment operation, and manual handling techniques. Experience with barcode scanning technology for logistics purposes is preferred. Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to manual handling guidelines. Work Environment Positions available on 1st shift. Additional hours/overtime may occasionally be required based on operational needs. Fast-paced warehouse environment involving tire handling, inventory movement, order picking, and shipping activities. Employees may be required to lift and move tires, stand and walk for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment depending on their assigned position.

PPE Requirement:

Safety-toe footwear is required. Employees must follow all workplace safety, housekeeping, and equipment requirements.
