POSITION SUMMARY
The Machine Operator is responsible for the safe operation of their machine and equipment. SHIFT 3rd Shift (11PM - 7AM)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES
Learns to set-up machines correctly and completely Tests material in your work area Adheres to all TSW safety procedures and wears all designated safety equipment Daily preventative maintenance checks on all equipment Responsible for identifying and recording any problems relating to the product, process and the quality system
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent education required Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or related area Willing and able to work overtime as needed Basic math skills Previous data/computer entry Lift truck experience preferred Ability to apply common sense-understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions Ability to withstand physical demands such as standing, climbing, kneeling and/or crawling Ability to work in areas of fluctuating temperatures Pay starting at $20 per hour, $27.89 per hour when trained.
