Setup Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $17.50 to $22.50 /hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:30pm to 02:00am) Set up and operate robotic welding machines to meet daily production requirements Load parts, adjust fixtures, and verify programs before production runs Monitor weld quality and perform routine inspections throughout the shift Troubleshoot basic machine or weld issues and document findings Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures Robotic Welding Machine Operator /

Setup Qualifications:

Previous experience with robotic welding, machine operation, or manufacturing equipment preferred Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read work instructions or blueprints Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds as needed Willingness to work in a production environment and follow safety guidelines Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
