$16.00 Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking detail-oriented Panel Builders for a manufacturing opportunity. This position involves assembling wire panels and harnesses according to diagrams, color codes, wire gauges, and placement requirements. What You'll Do Route colored wires according to diagrams Match wires by color, gauge, and placement Add connectors to wire harnesses Slide plastic tubing over wires Perform small-part assembly and related production duties Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality Follow all safety and production procedures Maintain a clean and organized workspace What We're Looking For Ability to accurately distinguish colors Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination Ability to read and follow diagrams and instructions Comfortable performing repetitive hand-assembly tasks Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, depending on the assignment Dependable attendance and willingness to learn Previous wiring, assembly, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in learning wire and panel assembly, apply today! #IND074 #ZIP
