The assembly machine operator is responsible for operating a variety of assembly machines and inspecting product to guarantee product quality requirements. This position is for 3rd
Shift:
10:00pm-6:00am. This role is required to be on-site 5-6 days at the
AUBUEN, IN
location.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and healthy work practice by observing safely procedures and practices. Operate equipment following the work instructions. Strictly adhere to all work instructions and safety procedures Inspect product and record results as required in the Quality Specifications. Some Lifting Required
  • up to 50 lbs.
Climbing steps may be required Other tasks are assigned as necessary to ensure production requirements are met Immediately report any unsafe or unhealthy working condition to supervision/leadership.
Qualifications Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
Compensation:
This position has a step progression pay scale: Starting
  • $18.28/hour 6 months
  • $19.73/hour 1 year
  • $22.36/hour 2 years
  • $24.00/hour 3 years
  • $25.
71/hour This shift qualifies for a shift premium.
