Door line assemblers- First Shift Location Butler Indiana Pay 17 per hour Schedule Monday through Thursday 600am to 430pm Company Overview We are a manufacturer of storage unit doors seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team. This is a hands-on position in a fast paced production environment with opportunities to learn and grow. Position Summary As a production associate you will be responsible for assembling storage unit swing doors using hand tools and basic machinery. This role requires attention to detail physical stamina and the ability to follow instructions to ensure quality products are built to specification. Key Responsibilities Assemble swing doors using provided materials and components Use hand tools and power tools to fasten align and secure door parts Read and follow work instructions blueprints or diagrams Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Measure materials and verify proper fit and alignment Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with moving materials and finished products as needed Work with team members to meet daily production goals Skills and Qualifications Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools Good attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to lift bend stretch and stand for extended periods Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a team environment Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Consistent full time hours Opportunity for overtime On the job training Stable work environment with room for growth #Auburn
