16-17/hour Position Summary Position Summary The Coating Operator is a manufacturing employee who operates and maintains machinery that applies paint to paper per customer and product specifications. Job Duties & Responsibilities Setting up, operating and monitoring paint coating machines Monitoring the coating process, inspecting finished products and making adjustments to ensure coating thickness, adherence and appearance meet quality standards Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of coating machines and related equipment Identifying and resolving basic equipment and process issues Maintaining accurate production records and logs of equipment performance Following all safety procedures and regulations related to the coating process and chemical handling Preparing and packaging skids of finished sheets to be moved to the next process

Problem-solving:
