Fabrication Machine Operator Pay:

$17.75 - $18.64

Shift:

1st Shift and 2nd shift Overtime as needed We are seeking reliable and hardworking Fabrication Associates to join our production team. This position involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, assisting with the fabrication of metal components using various tools and equipment. Candidates must be comfortable with physical work and maintaining safety standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate near presses, sanding equipment, and forming machines Perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. (team lifts for heavier items) Push and pull pallet jacks, weld tables, and fixtures throughout the shift Complete tasks involving bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and squatting Stand and work at a station for up to 7 hours per shift Use repetitive hand motions and maintain firm grip on metal parts Conduct visual inspections and read prints and measurements Rotate between different workstations as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Exposure to noise, vibration, and metal dust Work around sharp edges and metal burrs Must be comfortable with seasonal temperature changes Ability to hear shop signals and follow instructions in a production setting

Required PPE:

Safety-toed shoes Safety glasses Ear plugs Cut-resistant gloves and sleeves Additional PPE as required
