Job Description

We are looking for Batching Technician to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for preparing bulk product according to batch records and established procedures while maintaining strict quality, documentation, and sanitation standards.

Shift:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 PM-6:00 AM Responsibilities Read and follow batch records, SOPs, and manufacturing procedures throughout the batching process. Pull and verify raw materials from staging areas or the warehouse. Confirm materials match required item numbers, names, lot information, expiration dates, and release status . Accurately weigh raw materials using floor scales, load scales, and standard scales. Add raw materials to batches according to established instructions. Document weigh-outs, mix times, lot numbers, product information, and required verifications . Transfer bulk product into holding vessels after Quality Control approval. Set up and operate piping, pumps, and hoses according to procedures. Clean and sanitize equipment between batches to maintain manufacturing and quality standards. Complete batch records, green sheets, logbooks, and other required production documentation accurately. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as trained. Maintain a clean work area and follow all required PPE, safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures . Qualifications 1-2 years of batching experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions precisely. Experience working with batch records, raw materials, weighing, and production documentation . Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Strong commitment to quality, safety, sanitation, and company procedures. Forklift or material-handling experience is a plus.
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
