Life:
This position is located in the Bunge North America soybean processing plant in Decatur, IN. The C Operator is responsible for safely and accurately loading trucks and rail cars. Employees must actively participate in Bunge's Employee Safety Policy and maintain a safe work environment for self and all employees.
Position Details:
7p-7a, 4 on/4 off schedule Hourly pay rate: $30.94 Bunge offers a variety of benefits including health and wellness plans, retirement contribution and paid vacation/holidays.
What You'll Be Doing:
Load and unload trucks and rail cars Transfer oil to the packaging plant and obtain samples Wash rail cars Responsible to adhere to the Food Safety Culture to provide safe product to consumers Report any concerns with safe food practices Perform department sanitation duties Follow all safety policies and procedures Follow Good Manufacturing Practices Must have a commitment to supply safe food, maintain a food safety culture within the site, continually improve the site's food safety management system, and comply with customer and regulatory requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Basic computer and mechanical skills Good communication skills Ability to work safely and follow policies and procedures Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces Ability to work in a team environment Willing to work overtime, flexible hours, weekends, and holidays Must be able to work 2nd / 3rd shift
Preferred Qualifications:
