8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (2nd shift 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Mandatory OT as needed)STARTING PAY

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our Special Ops Department. Special Ops Operators support just-in-time (JIT), time-sensitive customer orders by building carriers and preparing, racking, unracking, packing, and banding Special Ops material. This role is critical to maintaining quality, productivity, and on-time delivery for our customers.THINGS YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Build carriers as instructed by the Special Ops Team Leader. Prepare, rack, unrack, and pack Special Ops material with a strong focus on quality. Maximize square footage when racking parts. Perform production and quality checks during unracking. Pack parts with or without specific packing instructions, including required separations. Band and prepare packed material for shipping. Maintain safety, housekeeping, quality, and productivity to meet daily goals. Communicate information with Team Leaders to maximize workflow and productivity. Adjust racking plans as necessary to meet customer and part requirements. Collect and document production and quality data for review. Remain aware of job-related hazards and follow all safety procedures. Wear required PPE at all times.THINGS YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
Ability to work well with others in a team environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity. Ability to communicate effectively with Team Leaders, Supervisors, and coworkers. Ability to count parts and perform basic math calculations. Basic understanding of anodizing processes and how racking affects quality. Ability to distinguish between good and bad racking materials and carrier components.WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Medium to heavy physical demand. Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, balancing, reaching, standing, and walking for extended periods. Ability to lift parts up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance. Constant lifting in the 1-20 lb range. Manufacturing environment with moving mechanical parts and associated hazards.REQUIRED PPE
