Candidates must be comfortable working around machines. Attention to detail and ability to work overtime.
Job Requirements:
Openings on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts
Pay:
$14.00 plus shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate basic understanding of specific job requirements and be ability to follow pre-planned methods Possess thorough understanding of tasks and expectations involved in making or assembling a good part; such as trimming gates and flash, gluing, and handling and packing of parts Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Review and understand Production Black Book instructions. Actively seek answers to questions Complete operator training set for job assigned Review and understand quality standards of job assigned Accurate reporting of production quantities and scrap information on Traveler and other required documents Provide constant feedback to Team Lead, Mold Technicians, and Quality team regarding issues that arise during the production process; deficient parts, personnel issues, equipment failures, etc. Participate in regular shift communication meetings Notify Production Shift Supervisor of repair needs Maintain a clean work area; Ensure machines and floors are free of debris and clutter Keep all paperwork neat and accurate Maintain a one piece flow at the press We value our employees and are committed to offering meaningful employment in safe workplace conditions.
