AppleTree Staffing is hiring Forklift / Warehouse Operators to support daily production and material handling operations. This role is responsible for safely moving materials, loading and unloading parts, maintaining inventory flow, and supporting production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate forklifts and hand jacks to move materials and finished products Load and unload materials from carts, racks, and production areas Transport parts to the appropriate operation while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Verify materials and parts meet production requirements Complete production and inventory records accurately Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse areas Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and PPE requirements Support production teams with material needs and continuous improvement efforts Report damaged materials, shortages, or quality concerns to leadership

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred 2+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred Forklift experience required; certification a plus Ability to read work instructions, labels, and basic production documents Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift or longer Frequent lifting, bending, twisting, and reaching Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance Ability to safely move materials throughout the facility Why Apply?
