Job Description

Production Assembly Worker Pay:
$15.50/hour We are looking for dependable Production Assembly Workers to join our team! In this role, you'll work on a production line assembling parts and components used to manufacture products such as dry van trailers.
What You'll Do:
Assemble parts and components according to specifications Bolt, clip, screw, glue, and otherwise fasten parts together Work at different stations as production needs change Perform repetitive assembly tasks in a fast-paced production environment Follow written and verbal instructions and maintain quality standards
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma/GED preferred, but equivalent experience or training may be considered Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience is a plus, but not required Ability to follow detailed instructions Basic math skills Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching Ability to use hands for handling and assembling parts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally Ability to work in a moderately noisy manufacturing environment
