The Die Cast Machine Operator is responsible for operating die cast and trim press equipment to produce high-quality aluminum parts while meeting safety, quality, and production standards.

Die Cast Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Operate die cast and trim press machinery Apply lubricants and remove castings from equipment Operate cell equipment including robots, hoists, furnaces, sprayers, and related machinery Perform basic machine maintenance and minor repairs Complete production and quality documentation accurately Inspect finished parts using gauges and visual inspections Maintain safe and organized work areas Follow all safety procedures and production work instructions

Die Cast Machine Operator Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 55 lbs throughout the shift Basic math and reading comprehension skills required Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to work assigned shifts and attend required meetings Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Why Peoplelink Staffing?
