Senior Machine Operator

Matthews International is seeking a qualified Senior Machine Operator to work in our Production Facility in the Richmond, IN area for our memorialization business segment. The Senior Machine Operator will be responsible for the set up and operation of production equipment as well as coordinating the completion of the manufacturing required for orders within the area of assigned by performing the essential duties personally, through direct reports, and/or peers assigned with the machine shop. Operates machinery in accordance with work instructions and quality standards. Operates equipment safely in accordance with OSHA and company standards. Directs and trains helper(s) with assigned machinery to maintain production goals and utilization and ensure safety of all personnel at machines. Completes all production paperwork as required. Cross-trains on other positions in the plant as assigned. Uses press machines and other various hand tools according to production schedules and quality standards. Additional duties as required.

Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
