Ink Jet Operator:
1st
Shift:
7am
  • 3:30pm Monday
  • Friday Shift 3rd shift
  • 10:30 pm.
  • 7:00 am.
Position Summary:
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling pen components with accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. This role plays a key part in ensuring our products meet strict quality standards while supporting overall production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble various pen components (barrels, ink cartridges, springs, caps, clips, etc.) according to production instructions. Operate basic assembly machinery or tools as required. Conduct visual inspections to ensure parts meet quality and specification standards. Identify defective components and report issues to supervisors. Package finished products according to company guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow safety procedures and comply with all company policies. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications:
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
