Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Machinist to join our team at our Sulphur Springs, Indiana location. In this full-time role, your primary responsibility will be operating our Videx Planetary Threader to produce high-precision threaded components. As part of a small e-commerce company, you'll also assist with warehouse duties as needed, such as inventory management, shipping and receiving to keep operations running smoothly. This position requires some initial threading training at our Indianapolis headquarters on the East side of the city. You must be willing to work occasional days there during the training period (travel and scheduling will be coordinated with you).
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain the Videx Planetary Threader for efficient production of threaded parts. Perform quality checks to ensure components meet our high standards and customer specifications. Assist in warehouse tasks, including picking orders, packing shipments, organizing inventory, and loading/unloading materials. Collaborate with the team on various machining and fabrication tasks as required. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Requirements Previous experience in machining, threading, or operating similar equipment is a plus but not required. Basic knowledge of precision manufacturing processes and tools. Willingness to learn and adapt in a versatile, hands-on environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work some days at our Indianapolis headquarters for training. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-player attitude.
