Machine Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $19.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:45am to 03:00pm) Operate and monitor production machinery. Load and unload materials into machines. Perform basic machine setups and adjustments. Inspect finished parts for defects and quality. Follow work orders and production specifications. Complete basic troubleshooting when needed. Meet daily production and quality expectations.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

Recent manufacturing experience Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience required. Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable working around machinery. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Must be dependable with a good attendance history. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Must be willing to train and learn different machines. Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
