$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Job description: L2 Placement Pros is seeking production workers for a growing global Tier One supplier of Acoustic and Soft Trim products for the automotive industry in the Eudora KS area, 1st and 2nd shifts available immediately; they run 4-10 hours shifts Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm and 3:30pm-2:00am paying $18.50-$19.00 per hour! The Production worker operates press or other machinery to manufacture the highest quality automotive products (acoustical and other automotive products if required) as assigned to meet or exceed customer requirements. This role performs all functions as team player contributing to the success of the whole. The following are the major duties and responsibilities of the
Production Worker:
Required to begin production as scheduled (start of shift). Ensures all manufacturing equipment is safe to operate and all guards and stop buttons are functioning prior to beginning production. May complete other check lists or operator production sheets prior to and at end of production. Manufactures product ensuring that all finished goods meet customer requirements in quality, quantity and proper packaging and labeling. May complete production reports hourly as required. Maintains good housekeeping in work area and throughout the plant. Follows APPS and Lean Manufacturing directives and instructions. Accepts assignments and other responsibilities as required in support of team objectives. Ability to understand and comprehend operational work instructions. Ability to work necessary overtime, which may include weekend work. Good attendance and dependability record from previous employers. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds overhead as needed. Ability to stand for long periods of time

As a warehouse associate, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations through inventory management, materials handling, and order fulfillment. Whether you're experienced with heavy equipment or new to warehouse work, we welcome motivated candidates ready to make an impact. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track stock levels accurately Assist with order picking and packing, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for shipping & receiving processes Stock shelves and organize warehouse space to optimize workflow and storage capacity Conduct shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments and preparing items for dispatch Perform heavy lifting tasks while adhering to OSHA safety standards to prevent injuries Support manufacturing or construction-related activities as needed, utilizing mechanical knowledge and heavy equipment operation skills Requirements Prior experience in warehouse distribution or warehouse management is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, cranes, forklifts, and pallet jacks with certification if available Knowledge of inventory management systems like AS400 or similar platforms is a plus Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with materials handling tools including order pickers and mechanical lifts Strong attention to detail for inventory control, stock accuracy, and order accuracy Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Commitment to safety protocols outlined by OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards Join us now to be part of a lively team dedicated to excellence in warehouse operations!
