Job Description

Position Overview Remove the laser cut parts from the sheet/skeleton and place the parts on pallets with their designated work orders and distribute the parts to different departments as needed Key Responsibilities
  • Must be able to work consistently in a safe and efficient manner
  • Read work orders and match each work order with the laser cut parts.
  • Conveys materials from Fab area to different designated production areas, such as paint line, weld area, assembly area, etc.
  • Separate the different laser cut parts on different pallets based on the next production sequence.
  • Help clean the machines in the fab area and keep are the area clean. operators.
  • Run an industrial saw per the department's lead needs.
  • Consistently works in a safe and efficient manner by following company safety rules in accordance with OSHA regulations and by wearing all required PPE. Ensure material surfaces are clean and free from foreign materials, debris, oil, slag, etc.
  • Cross train as directed and be willing to work at any production or shipping position in the production facility.
  • Required PPE must be worn at all times.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Physical Effort:
  • Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling materials (up to 50 lbs.).
  • Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching.
  • Standing or walking for extended periods.
  • Performing repetitive tasks with hands and arms.
  • Tasks require good hand/finger dexterity and may require reaching outward and above shoulders.
  • Employees may be required to handle sharp or abrasive material
