Job Description

About the Role As a CNC Brake Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brakes to form metal parts that meet exact specifications. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, accuracy, and producing top-quality work from start to finish. ✅ What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC press brake machines Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and bend specifications Verify dimensions and quality using measuring tools Make adjustments to ensure accuracy and consistency Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation Work closely with the production team to meet schedules and quality goals What We're Looking For Set-up, adjust and operate a CNC control laser to cut parts to print specifications including loading and unloading of material. Modify laser programs. Verify correct quantity and quality of parts lasered. Perform 1st piece and random dimensional inspections. Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance required to keep the laser in good working order. Perform laser operations that require close tolerances. Determine next sequences for optimal utilization of the laser. Report labor hours by entering all applicable information in MieTrak. Other duties may be assigned.
