Full Job Description Description:
This position is essential to the dental care we provide. The equipment coordinator is responsible for meeting the needs of our field teams by ensuring that the dental field teams have the necessary working equipment and supplies to provide quality dental care our residents. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Expert level knowledge with all mobile dental equipment, what it does, and how it works by 60 days of employment and throughout the duration of employment. Ensure equipment is organized and properly inventoried, demonstrating knowledge of FreshService within 60 days Receive equipment returns, ensure it is in working order, clean/sterilize and put away- email manager with confirmation of return Maintenance all dental equipment in office and as it's returned Prepare new hire field team equipment set-ups according to guidelines Prepare packages to be shipped, print shipping label, and have boxes ready for UPS pickup Evaluate current stock of equipment and request ordering additional supplies and equipment as needed Troubleshoot equipment errors with field team members, coordinate repairs, order/send replacement parts Coordinate incoming/outgoing package deliveries without shipping vendors Other duties as needed
Requirements:
Education & Training Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Preference given to Associate's degree Preferred years of experience (3+ years) dental assisting Other Qualifications Computer Skills- proficient use of Excel and Word. High Level of Organization
