Volt is immediately hiring a 2nd shift Machine Operator in Parsons, Kansas 67357. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining optimal machine performance. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in regulated environments and a strong understanding of operator maintenance programs (OMP).

Key Responsibilities:

Operate assigned manufacturing machines and equipment efficiently and safely Maintain certification to independently run at least one basic machine center Perform routine Operator Maintenance Program (OMP) tasks to ensure equipment reliability Monitor machine performance and report any operational issues or abnormalities Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards within a regulated production environment

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food processing) Knowledge of machine operations, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols Ability to work independently and as part of a team This is a

Pay Range:

$15.00/hr. - $16.60/hr.
