Machine Operator

Penmac Staffing is hiring a Machine Operator for a local manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with opportunities for long-term employment.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (overtime as required).

Pay:

$17.22 per hour. Responsibilities for the

Machine Operator:

Set up, operate, load, and unload machinery according to specifications. Process transactions accurately and promptly in company systems. Perform first, in-process, and final inspections using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures. Read and interpret blueprints, including geometric dimensioning. Machine Operator:

High School Diploma or equivalent. 0-3 months of experience (training provided). Ability to communicate, read, and write in English. Intermediate shop math skills. Basic computer and data entry skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (team lift or lifting device for heavier loads) and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, and repetitive motion.

Work Environment:

This position is in a manufacturing plant with exposure to noise, dust, and heavy machinery. Safety protocols must be followed at all times.
