Full job description Pay starting at $22.50 / hour PrideStaff is sourcing Direct Hire Manufacturing Candidates for our client in Latonia, KY. This is a family owned, global leader in the manufacture and distribution of resins, gel coats, composite materials, and specialty polymer solutions used across a wide range of industrial applications. T hese are 12 hours shifts in the evening with a rotating schedule of 3 days on 4 days off, then 4 days on 3 days off. 7p-7a. Intent is to train on the same shift, but depending on training availability, may need to have some train on Day shift for a few weeks. Pay is $23.26/hr with strong benefits. The Operator (B) is responsible for performing intermediate-level production activities, operating equipment, and supporting manufacturing processes with increasing independence and skill. This role handles routine production tasks, follows established procedures, and supports overall production flow while developing technical expertise. The position plays a key role in maintaining consistent operations and progressing toward advanced operator responsibilities. What You Can Expect to Do as an Operator (B): Operate production equipment and follow standard operating procedures Perform batching, mixing, or processing tasks as assigned Monitor equipment and processes to ensure proper operation Perform quality checks and report any deviations Maintain accurate production records and documentation Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards Assist in troubleshooting basic equipment or process issues Support material handling and workflow within the production area Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Continue developing skills toward advanced operator responsibilities What We Are Looking For in an Operator (B): High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments Basic understanding of production processes and equipment Ability to work independently on routine tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality Willingness to learn and develop technical skills Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.26 - $23.26 Per Hour
