  • Prepare batches of product according to established formulas and procedures
  • Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
  • Operate and maintain equipment used in the compounding process
  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
  • Document all activities and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure product meets specifications
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area Experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
  • Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is desired
  • Experience with materials handling, warehouse operations, or forklift operation is beneficial
  • Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and equipment is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as batch records and standard operating procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Skills
  • Proficient in using various tools and equipment related to compounding, such as mixers, scales, and pumps
  • Knowledge of fabricating and machining techniques is desirable for equipment maintenance purposes
