Job Description
Machine Operator Dura-Lift Door Hardware a rapidly growing company in Leitchfield, Kentucky is seeking a Machine Operator to join the manufacturing team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC Coiling machinery used in the torsion spring production process
- Set up machines according to specifications and blueprints
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output and identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of CNC machine operations
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings
- Familiarity with CAD software is a plus
- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers for precise measurements
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles
- Experience with programming machines is preferred
- Familiarity with operating lathe machines and press brake machines is a plus As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process.
