: Substantial hands-on experience with industrial warp-knitting equipment;

experience is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of Tricot and/or Raschel processes, including machine setup and knit-pattern parameter adjustments. Able to troubleshoot equipment and process issues independently and lead problem solving when production stops occur. Comfortable working onsite in Stearns, Kentucky and prepared to relocate if necessary.

WHAT THE TECHNICIAN WILL OWN

Support daily machine operation and manufacture product to customer specifications. Perform preventive maintenance to plan and monitor critical spare-parts availability. Set equipment from job-sheet parameters, verify settings daily, and control machine stops. Support beam changes, monitor quality conditions, and make necessary process adjustments. Coach and develop operators while reinforcing safety, quality, and good manufacturing practices.

Pay:

$23.30 - $30.00 per hour
