Job Description
Experience we need Direct experience with industrial flatbed and/or rotary- screen textile printing is required; ZIMMER machine experience is a plus. Experience from bed-sheet, flag, home-textile or technical-textile manufacturing may be especially relevant. Commercial screen printing on cups, T-shirts or signs is not the same process, though exceptional transferable experience may be considered. Willingness to work onsite in Stearns and relocate to the area if needed. How you will make an impact Lead day-to-day printing operations, priorities and operator performance. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues while maintaining quality and production records. Coordinate preventive maintenance, supplies, inventory, vendors and contractors. Coach employees, reinforce safe work practices and drive reliable department performance.
