Set Up Operator: 22 An Hour

Key Responsibilities Perform machine set‑ups and changeovers according to work instructions and production schedules Operate and monitor production equipment to maintain consistent output and quality Conduct quality inspections and measurements to ensure parts meet specifications Make basic machine adjustments to correct minor issues and reduce downtime Identify equipment or process issues and escalate to maintenance or supervision as needed Accurately document production data, downtime, and quality checks Follow all safety procedures , PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards Work closely with team members, supervisors, and maintenance to support production goals Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience required Experience with machine set‑ups, changeovers, or process adjustments preferred Ability to use basic measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, gauges, etc.) Comfortable performing quality checks and following written work instructions Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Willingness to work overtime and different shifts as required Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Versailles, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
