What You'll Do Operate with care and precision Set up, load, and operate machinery safely and efficiently-making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Maintain equipment performance Clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery regularly. Perform basic repairs and keep things in top working order. Ensure top-quality results Inspect your work and the products you help create to ensure they meet our high standards. Tackle problems proactively If a machine malfunctions, you'll troubleshoot, make safe adjustments, and notify the right personnel. Work as a team You'll collaborate with other operators, supervisors, and support staff to meet production goals and deadlines. Keep communication open Report issues, suggest improvements, and document problems when needed. What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and a positive attitude Attention to detail and pride in doing the job right Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt Good communication and teamwork skills Comfort working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of machine operation experience Ability to perform basic math (fractions, decimals, percentages) Basic computer skills (email, operating systems, etc.)
