Back Machine Operator @ McIlhenny Company What this job is all about: The Mash Unit Operator is responsible for receiving incoming pepper mash, transferring mash to appropriate containers, and repairing, cleaning, preparing, and moving containers to be used in storing mash. Mash Warehouse:

repairing barrels, unloading pepper mash bags, capping and uncapping barrels, and loading trucks for sauce making Clean barrels, rework barrels, match barrels and lids together, and close barrels and apply salt layer.
