SHLA Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production. The 3ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to specifications Load raw materials and unload finished products Inspect parts for quality and accuracy during and after production Make minor machine adjustments as needed Maintain production logs and complete basic documentation Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines and work area Follow all company safety policies and wear proper PPE Communicate equipment issues or defects to supervisors
Requirements:
Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions, measurements, and basic blueprints Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent preferred
