OF WINTER & SNOW WORK

We are looking for a serious, experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our landscape construction team. If you can confidently operate an excavator, loader, and skid steer , know how to work efficiently on a landscape construction site, and aren't afraid to get off the machine and pick up a shovel when the job requires it — we want you. This is NOT a sit-in-the-machine-all-day job. We expect our operators to be team players who are willing to get their hands dirty and help the crew get the job done.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO

Operate excavators proficiently Operate loaders proficiently Operate skid steers proficiently Perform excavation, grading, loading, material handling, and site preparation Read and understand jobsite grades and plans Work safely and efficiently around people, structures, and other equipment Get off the machine and perform shovel work and other physical labor when needed Work as part of a team and keep projects moving

REQUIREMENTS

READ BEFORE APPLYING 3+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OPERATING HEAVY EQUIPMENT ON LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION JOBS IS REQUIRED.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already knows how to operate equipment and understands the demands of landscape construction.

HOISTING LICENSE REQUIRED.

You must also: Have a valid driver's license Have a strong safety record Be dependable and ready to work Be willing to work 50+ hours per week Be willing to travel to remote jobsites and stay away for up to a week at a time Be willing to perform physical labor when necessary Be comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
